Resources produced by the PlasmoGEM pipeline

The PlasmoGEM resource consists of a vector resource, as well as pre-publication phenotypic data on the relative growth rates of asexual blood stages for > 2,500 P. berghei genes that has been generated in our lab using the PlasmoGEM vector resource. The phenotype data can be explored here and the vectror research can be browsed and searched here.

It is comprised of:

• An arrayed, large-insert P. berghei genomic library covering >90% of P. berghei genes
• Gene targeting vectors for the disruption of >2600 P. berghei genes and a growing resource of >400 P. berghei c-terminal tagging vectors
• An arrayed library of artificial chromosomes covering >3500 P. berghei gene.
